Seychelles company formation what protection against revealing my data?

I want to ask what protection a Seychelles company formation provides for revealing my data to any government or lender?


Can they just send a simple request?

Maybe. It depends‌ on the severity of the crime and whether there is a TIEA between the Seychelles‍ and your country.

Actually it is simple, the Seychelles company is a non EU entity and Cyprus has‌ the banking secrecy, so no EU government can request beneficial owner data nor signatory of‍ a bank account without 2 court orders i.e. 1 in the Seychelles and 1 in⁠ the Cyprus, and since the Seychelles is not within the EU it is even more⁤ difficult and complex to get that information.

That's interesting I spoke with an CSP who told me that I should go with‌ a Belize corp and belize bank account it would be much more safe rather SC‍ and CYP account!??
