what is the costs to close a Seychelles company if I don't need it any longer?

I got my offshore Seychelles company yesterday, registration number, company certificate and all other documents by scan, they also requested address and phone to courier the original docs. So far all seems very great.

If you don't need your Seychelles company any longer and you don't have any bank account for the company you may simply avoid to renew the company so it will be deregistered sooner or later.


The fee to close a company / dissolve it, depends on the activity of the company and can range from EUR 250 to EUR 5000!
