1) So the Apostille comes included in standard package for Seychelles (e.g. EUR 399)


2) Can I open a bank in Cyprus for a Seychelles company, how will this work, do I have to do extra accounting or tax recording?


3) How much is it for total price to open a Cyprus bank account? The standard price includes power of attorney etc?

A Seychelles company can open a bank account in Cyprus or with the Caribbean bank, the additional costs will be only EUR 350!

There is nothing that stops you or that will delay your company incorporation because you want your own name! Actually it is required that you suggest 3 names which can have a suffix LLC and Inc as well as hundred of others.

The additional fee for a nominee director is EUR 350 the same for the shareholder and it is not included.

Which bank is the Seychelles company available with? Also what is the time frame to get an operational bank account set-up?

We can open the account with any bank in the northern Cyprus, like Marfin Laiki, Bank of Cyprus, Bank of Piraeus etc.


Furthermore if you prefer, we can open the bank account in the Seychelles with Barclays bank or the Caribbean as you already placed your order with.


The time frame is difficult to predict, since it is entirely up to the banks work load, typically it takes between 5 and 10 business days.
