Seychelles company and ongoing fee / second year fee to be paid?

I got a proposal stating the total costs of the company which includes all fees including government fees for a Seychelles company registration. I need to know asap what that "annual fee is" do I have to pay each year for a company?

Yes there is a renewal fee that has to be paid each year in order‌ to keep the company. There are Government fees and as well registered office fees etc.‍ which have to be paid every year.

Okay, and why I need to pay the annual fee in the setup process?

You will not be charge a annual fee / second year fee before after 12‌ months! We don't charge this fee upfront, if someone does that you should refuse to‍ buy the incorporation of the company with them.
