I got a proposal stating the total costs of the company which includes all fees including government fees for a Seychelles company registration. I need to know asap what that "annual fee is" do I have to pay each year for a company?

Yes there is a renewal fee that has to be paid each year in order to keep the company. There are Government fees and as well registered office fees etc. which have to be paid every year.
