Seychelles company and bank recommendation

I will do real business testing to China. And I wanna take money to offshore bank, and someone proposed me establish Seychelles company. And we guess we will get 1million USD money from China to this offshore bank, there will be real invoces, real contract, real payment from China customers. Then I will withdraw this money to Turkey from this offshore bank. Please I need your professionality with your experiences. Thanks a lot..
