Seychelles Annual Return Report

Hello guys, i opened Seychelles company under my name last year.
After that i didn't have any activities with this company, and didn't use email address by which i contacted with the agent.
Today i logged into email and saw letter about Annual Return Report. I didn't submit report in time. And three months already passed. What should i do? I wont use my company anyway. Which complications could i possibly have if i just ignore this?

If you don't plan on using the company in future then ignore it and let the company be struck off.
