Setup with real dark no EU resident

I'm planning to setup offshore company with my dark, but I want to ask if it not a problem if it is Not EU resident (actually from Morocco) with some emi opening.
I want to open him an HK or BVI company and ask and I want to ask with EMI could work with this Setup?
We do Affiliate marketing so we just deal with traffic platform like facebook and payment partner like affiliate network
I'm also looking for someone provide real dark EU, can contact private message.

Go with a BVI company if you are able to do that and then pick an EMI from this list List of Banks, EMI's, Payment processors and BTC to FIAT institutions. HK is complicated to work with.

However, as far as I know TransferWise, ePayments and AdvCash are the easiest to open accounts with for a BVI company.

@a9210 If you go for dark why to take morrocan citizen? Use EU they are mostly well seen everywhere as owners. Of course you decide wich juridiction.
I don't know a lot of BVI , but HK works fine for me.
