Hello,

I'm in the process to setup a Cyprus company and looking at several different CSP's in Cyprus at the moment. I noticed that some are located in Nicosia and some in Limassol, I was wondering if it makes any difference or if I have to care about it at all?

The same question goes for the bank account opening in Cyprus.

Any help is appreciated.

Actually it does not matter where in Cyprus you incorporate as long as it is the Greek part of Cyprus your company will be regulated under the same applicable laws. If you consider to move to Cyprus it is different of course.

For the banking it is the same answer 😉

So Nicosia or Lomassol is fine... and you are located in Nicosia as I see from you homepage?

Yes our company and office is located in Nicosia as you may see from our website as well.

Why should it matter in which city you register your company in Cyprus? As far as I know only the USA and Switzerland have different tax zones 🙂
