Setup company in the Samoa anyone?

Hi,


Long time not seen 🙂


I closed all my companies last year because I went to a long trip (most vacashion) and didn't wanted to pay any renewal or maintainance fees.


In the meantime I read a lot about offshore jurisdiction alternatives and came across Samoa among Panama, Nevis and Cayman Islands. What I'm looking for is someone who has a company setup there and can explain what pitfalls there are and how I can avoid them. Any input actually would be of great help.

This are some great places. Wonder what is wrong with Hong Kong and Singapore. Don't read much about it here.

Please take me to Samoa I will go and establish my business there. Best is, you don't pay tax at all even if you stay at this island 😀
