Setup a company offshore abroad or similar, who can be used?

Since Im considering to move abroad within the next 6 to 8 months then I wanted to register a offshore company.


The reason is to avoid some of the problems connected by having a local company (Sweden) and live somewhere else.


I know several people which had an LTD in the UK but I'm not aware of if it is the place I want to move to. I like the good protection and privacy some of the offshore jurisdictions gives around the world since I'm not clear with where I want to live for now, then the privacy can be important for me depending on the country I choose.


I found several companies around but they looks like SCAMS to me and I don't want to get fooled with the limited money I have available for this.


Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Did you moved? where did you go and where did you setup your company?

I see you have been active the last month here and since your are a very old member I was wondering what went good and bad!
