Hello

I was recommended your services because you specialise in setting up companies in different parts of the world.

I would like to set up a debt collection agency and a debt buyer company.

Could you please advice me any jurisdiction for opening this company? I've noticed that collection agencies or assignors mainly incorporate in the British Virgin Islands, but I'm not sure about actual safety of this jurisdiction (agreement on the exchange of information, etc.).

It is important that the jurisdiction is respectable with highly stable legal environment, some privacy protection and anonymity.

The company would operate mainly in the Czech Republic (it is the member of the European Union).

The company requires either bank account in the EU or the payments from the debtors could be possibly received through the web-site by a credit card.

Besides opening a company with such jurisdiction I will also require apostilled documents for opening a bank account (I may open a bank account myself as well as be its disponent since it isn't a problem for me).

Could you please recommend me such jurisdiction. How much does the first year cost? How much will I pay for each year later?

We can offer our service in Cyprus where we can help you to incorporate a company and as well help with accounting, legal and tax advise. Additionally we have Lawyers, certified Accountant's and Tax advisers available if required.

Also there is no problem in registering a business for Debt collection agency and Debt buyer company in Cyprus.

For fees, additional information or to order a Cyprus company please contact us here:

I read it as you would require the company to be a EU company.

If that isn't the case I would recommend you a Seychelles company rather than a BVI, the reason for this are listed in the below link:

Not necessarily it need to be a European company. I will have a look at the Seychelles and Cyprus company formation.

Not apply for Seychelles maybe for Cyprus or Gibraltar company or what you think?

It will all depend on who you are doing business with and what your business activity actually is.

If you are into any financial services a Seychelles company may not look that reputable for instant.

A European or US company will look better than a Seychelles, Blize or BVI company I say 🙂

I'm not interested in how or what it will look like but how it can help me to achieve my goals 🙂
