Setting up Company and Bank account for Remittance and Cryptocurrency investment

Hello,

I have a real estate and investment consulting business that deals with foreign clients and I get paid in USD. I also want to invest in crypto. unfortunately my country doesn't allow crypto investments. Can i set up an offshore company and Bank account where my clients can deposit my payments and which i can use to invest in crypto

If so, you can setup a company and business EMI account which allow crypto i.e. Transferwise, AdvCash, Mister Tango etc. so you want to use Kraken to trade on behalf of your new company.

Hi, what is your tax residency? What kind of volume are we talking about?

It is private crypto investment. But the company is not just going to do crypto investment. I will also receive payments for my consultancy service and I would also like to make payments for some of my international subcontractors if possible.

Is saychelles a good place to set up a company for this purpose.
