Yes, correct but I need a VAT number plus show that I'm registered (sole trader‌ / LTD). These are businesses that want to work with businesses.

With all what is suggested here I don't see why you still have troubles to‌ decide where to setup your company. It seems clear that you can't have all requirements‍ in one package any longer so you need to pick what is most important for⁠ you and proceed.

You are right, I have this tendency to be very (too) thorough before I make‌ a move. My situation is a bit special and like you say there's no package‍ that offers exactly what I want.
The closest I found is Bulgarian company and I⁠ think this is where I'm going now. There's 80% chance that this is what I⁤ will do. If that happens like I will document the process before the incorp. and⁣ after, so this could be beneficial to members here.
