Hello friends,


I want to start by saying this forum is the BEST for offshore information I LOVE it.


Now back to business, I want to know which set-up is Best for my planned venture. I feel like my case is different so I will give you the 411 below. Feel free to ask if something is unclear.


The situation:


I want to start an adult classified site, along the lines of classifiedx***com verifiedplaymates***com. I get pay from pay ads on the site, which I am thinking of using CCBill or zombaio for my 3rd party billing


I currently live in the US as a US citizen.


The motivation/reasons:


The reasons why I want to use an offshore vehicle for this are numerous:


- Anonymity (I have a professional career in a conservative industry, wouldn't want my name associate with in Adult business)


- Adult friendly jurisdiction (I plan to have very simple age verification above 18 years or 21+ where 18 is not the legal age)


- Copyright: In case a user uploads content that is not from him, I want to be reasonably safe from any liability in that respect, too. Of course I will have safeguards in place to prevent this but I will not be able to guarantee it 100%


- Relative ease of processing payments & easy for me to transfer money into my personal account here in the US.


- In case I turn a profit, I want to invest these profits as tax free as possible. ---Additionally, I want to invest these assets “discreetly” to have it as a safety net in case of divorce etc.


- I also want the setup to be simple, legally safe and reasonably affordable (this will be a one man show, no dedicated staff to handle complicated structures, legal changes etc.).

My Goal is to set up the business in Cyprus or Seychelles; Keep in mind Privacy is one of my big concerns. Please tell me what are my options for Company set-up + company online Bank account


Do I need a hired director & hired nominee?

Well, what I would suggest you is to check with CCBILL and / or Zombaio in order to know what offshore jurisdiction they accept, once you know, it will be less complicated to point you in the right direction.


With a company in Cyprus or the Seychelles you will have the availability to obtain a high level of privacy and anonymity further to proper asset protection vehicle.

CCBill provides billing services for a variety of subscriptions and services in the US and CCBill began offering services to European companies in 2001 through their CCBill EU service.


Zombaio don't accept payment for escort related site.


Any help or alternative?
 
When I started looking for a payment processor, I also believed it shouldn't be a problem. However, most of the processors that we've applied with have refused us point blank as their terms of use don't allow for escort services to be sold on the site.


We've tried to explain that we don't sell escort services, but advertising space. We still get lumped into the same category.

There are processors who offer processing for all industries, I got some slight information about it and now investigating to find them. The source I heard it from said there are 2 major banks / payment gateway's who offer processing for any industry:s-confused:


Btw: Have you looked at 2co.com?
 
Any one who's knowledgeable with payment processing for Adult / Escort classified industry can you please help here

Well, did you try netbilling, wirecard or similar billers? They may be able to help you, I'm not sure about it but worth to try.

You may want to look for a solution in the BVI (one of the members here seem to be an expert for this area) I know many Adult related businesses have been moving to this area, before it was Gibraltar and Cyprus.
 
Cyprus works very good for me, I'm a happy person whom registered company in Cyprus. Look at Seychelles company to.

Very simple. Seychelles Holding + Cyprus Trading company + Cyprus bank account for both business entities. For an additional layer of privacy use nominees for the Seychelles Holding company. The bank will be the only one who know the Ultimate Beneficial owner of the company, but hey, they still maintain and have by law the banking secrecy in Cyprusthumbups

I want to use CCLogic to register Seychelles + Seychelles bank + Private nominee director. What you guys think?
 
Personally I have only good to say about them you won't regret. What I found was that they sometimes too busy and therefore need to be pushed a little 😉

You may want to check with CCBILL first if they accept your business and for instant a Cyprus company for payment processing. Or Verotel or who ever you are going to use for the payment processing.

Ccbill will accept my business but bank should be in Eu


So Seychelles company & Cyprus bank will be good
 
The setup of a Seychelles company is pretty straigt forward so the opening of the bank account if personal documents can be delivered accordantly.


Some of my business partners have actually successfully opened a CCBILL account with their Seychelles company and cyprus bank account, absolutly hassle free:thumbsUp:
