Service provider that sells 100% working Stripe?

Hello. I was wondering does anyone know 100% legit service that sells working Stripe? I've seen an ad on here about this website - verifpro , anyone knows how legit are they? And how safe is to buy and use something like this? As I am now in a need of a person to who I can make a new Stripe account on.

Because I cannot do it on myself and I don't have a person to ask and make it for me on their name.

it's not their name but it will be a fake setup which most often last only 3 - 8 months.

There was as user around here that sell this stuff, right now I can't remember him but will post here once I found him.

Thank you that would be really appreciated. Does that 3-8 months period is pure luck or its based on something? For example revenue?

There are a lot around on various forums as well as Fiverr - I have just not seen any long living solution for Stripe!
