Someone think, that is good service? They offer prepaid Mastercard and IBAN in Ireland. That is good way to transfer money from PayPal?

I used weststein before and n problems bit this was with small amounts..Anyone did it‌ with amounts over 1000 euro if it is still safe?

There are EMI's that can solve this today, for instant TransfwerWise and AdvCash are options‌ to withdraw money to depending on what currency you have for your paypal account.
