SEPA Bank + Card for Non-EEA Resident or Non-EEA Business

Hi everyone,

does anyone knows any good alternative to Wise and Paysera that allows:

- Personal accounts + Card for Non-EEA resident
- Business accounts for Non-EEA resident

I am basically in Europe, bordering with EU Country, but most of the providers require country to be in EU.

that is scam company, i had them for 2 years and‍ they blocked me overnight while keeping my funds. support does not respond at all.

note that i was Level 3 verified business account completely legal that delivered all contracts with⁠ customers that were sending money to me
