Send docs by post/royal for verifing

Hi

If I registered a address for a EMI and they request me to send documents by post for verifying the shipping address is the same as the registred one

How would you send documents by post mail so that an EMI does not know that you are sending them from another address?

Perhaps using post office services like Cl.ev ermail combined with others virtual addresses?

Any suggestions please

That's how you can solve it. Also since when is postmail send‍ from the senders address, typically it is send from the post office in the same⁠ town but it could as well be send on the neighbour town.. this makes no⁤ sense!
