I have a Mexican company structure (SA del RL de CV) that I'm trying to sell. Anyone know how best to go about this? I've tried approaching expats / business owners in Mexico & advertising online but had no success so far. It holds about $15,000 in tax credits so seems a waste to simply dissolve it.
