Selling Maltese company

Just checking if anybody would be interested in buying Maltese company.
Opened it early this early hoping to save a lot on corp tax. Through our online business is slowing down so much that we don't get too much earnings to bother with corp tax at all.
So now considering to move the business to our home country, should be cheaper to operate as well.
This isn't an exact proposition to sell yet. Just checking if there will be anybody interested.

Does it have any virtual terminal for processing prepaid, debit, credit cards linked? If yes,‌ which one? Where is business bank account hold? What is the price? Which documentation do‍ you provide? How do you ship ATM debit card? How about PIN for ATM? What⁠ is max limit in which currency per day for withdrawing from ATM? You didn't type⁤ many infos....

No virtual terminal. Bank account in Satabank. They⁣ will be sending all the cards on request.
There is a paypal account opened.
It is a completely legit company with open shareholder's info. Nothing shady.
The price will be⁢ a half of incorp cost. so around 600 euros.
So far running costs are 2500euros︀ a year.

Sounds interesting, how old is the company has it any dept's ?

No debts. Everything is completely legit. Using it for selling digital files on photostock marketplaces‌ etc.
Running cost are getting pretty high for me and can't have a good use‍ of a low corp tax rate since got lots of expenses anyway.

If anybody interested in buying it by the end of this year the transfer will‌ be literally free.
You will just pay the annual audit and tax report ~1keur There‍ will be almost no income so no income tax.
Running costs are around 2,5-3k yearly⁠ with the company activity.
This company will cost way more the next year 🙂

Yes, the only founder. Everything is clean and legit. Had nothing to hide.
Can forward‌ to the company representative that administrates everything along with accounting. He will be arranging the‍ sale in case of a serious interest.
