Hi,
I plan to sell subscriptions to analytical web-service to corporate clients. I am the sole owner and the sole director of the company. I wonder if there are any other ways to sell subscriptions other than signing contracts?
I can theoretically ask them to sign the contract, scan it and send it to me in electronic format ”“ print it out and then seal it with the company seal (signing contracts with the SEAL is possible from my company documents). But I guess this will not work? I need to minimise the paperwork.
There is also a very interesting document called subscription order ”“ they just, print it, fill it in and sign it and then send the scanned copy to me? ”“ Can it work?
Or do I need to hire someone to just sign the contracts?
Dave
