Yes! First and foremost, qualify your prospect. You can’t sell everything to anyone: it’s a total waste of time.
And Grant Cardone is a jerk: he plays the Jordan Belfort role but he’s the kind of person I would not buy a glass of water from even if I were stranded in the desert - I’m pretty sure the water would be poisoned.
