Hypothetically, do you think you can pass an EMI video/selfie verification using a picture of a person printed in high definition on 1:1 scale?

Depends on what type of verification they use. If video, some look for reflections, small movements, and depth of field.

I've seen the system implemented for some of these systems, many of the ones ask you to move your head. Some record from the second the camera is turned on. Some record the location information from the phone and other information on the phone, including hotspots visible (there is a service they use to geolocate even based on that).

Wouldn't even try that. Imagine it works, then a few months later, you have a problem with your account, and a human checks your data... How would you prove it's your money?
