SegPay anyone know how reliable they are?

I have read about Segpay in a few other threads and wonder how good they are and what the costs involved with them?

Can I ask you if you got account for card processing with the company? I‌ tried to apply for an account Monday but don't got any response other than auto‍ responder?

They don't reply to customer emails or open support tickets. They are like PayPal and‌ Stripe living at their success of millions of merchants that make it unnecessary to answer‍ new potential customers for card processing.
