For a friend of mine I'm looking for information about the below


We are trading branded goods internationally. We operate in this field 15 years. we buy directly from manufacturers and agents of the manufacturers only, and sell worldwide.


We would like to establish a new off-shore company with 0% taxes on profits (in Belize, or somewhere else) and to open a bank account in a bank with VERY good internet banking (like Bank of Cyprus which i started to correspond below)


The two directors , and only beneficiary owners (50%-50%) are from Israel , and has no problem coming to Cyprus , unless this is not needed.


Can you please help?

Well, actually there is no issue to form the company in any offshore jurisdiction with the setup you describe in your post.


Everything can be handled remote, means no need to travel to Cyprus nor to visit the bank.
