Seek a less expensive accounting firm for UK LTD

I hope someone here is able to help me with a link or a name that can refer me to an accounting firm for my UK LTD.

It's not complicated and just simple accounting, VAT submission and filing of taxes each year.

At the moment I'm contacting a few already but if someone here has a good lead it would be much appreciated.

I imagine you can have good or cheap, unlikely to have both IMO

depends on the dat of which the company has been registered. I have 1,5⁠ years before I need to do the first submisison. VAT I have to submit in⁤ a few month.

I'm not sure about that but I would say 1 year from the registration date.‌

Personally I have been in touch with Haines Watts - they are not cheap bu‌ I got referred by another service provider to them, they are very responsive and I‍ consider their services. Use at own risk as always.

London is way overpriced regardless what legal or accounting service you seek there!‌ 3 to 4 times the costs compared to anywhere else in Europe.

Is it better to have cloud application software that do the bookkeeping and get taxes⁠ details??

Yes if you can do the accounting stuff yourself it is way cheaper. But if‌ you don't know applicable tax regulations in the UK it's difficult.
