Second passport quickly with an budget of 30,000 US$ max, possible?

Do Kwon style Costa Rica passport

I'll be honest I'd really like a passport from a third world nation that proves travel across the third world without too many issues - I think that would come in handy as the first world collapses

So by third world I mean Middle East - Africa - old Soviet bloc etc

you can in fact get a Krygyz passport for around $10k I have seen associates around me obtain them for such prices back when the Russo/ukraine war broke out. However, being born in CIS country is mandatory and I didn't see anyone else obtain one i.e. one German guy ready to pay more but they declined.

Also $100k for Caribbean days are long gone (since June 1 2024). Now they are starting at min $230k... (thank you USA!)

also $30k should be enough to get a east african passport. Just be very careful to whom you hand over your funds as there are many scammers in that side of the world

So the passport from Kyrgyz would work well out if you just need a second one to travel arround in Europe ?

As mentioned above, you will need a visa. If you are somehow banned / wanted / not allowed to Europe, second Kyrgyz passport would not help.

Every country of the world has a law provision that allows granting of citizenship for “special merits” or “valuable contributions”. These merits or contributions do not consist in a cash payment.
99.99999% Kyrgyzstan citizenship is a scam. They will not grant you citizenship for $30k or $300k.

I've seen people with those passports, so it works sometimes. On the other hand I have a friend who paid for that more than a year ago and didn't get anything (was supposed to have one by now). The agent blurbs something not really convincing about need to wait more.

Yep, somebody not speaking Russian / not from ex-USSR will have higher chances to be scammed.

I met a lad in Istanbul a few years ago, he was migrating (working his way to the UK) from Kazakhstan, from all appearances you'd not know he was Kazakhstan

The argument, of having issues is mute due to the sheer nature of dual mixed relationships and citizenship(s), if asked just mumble off in Kazak and it would be highly unlikely they know the language or would waste the time just because place of birth is x

Then no problem. You can try to obtain a Kyrgyz passport, then get a visa and then it will "work well out if you just need a second one to travel arround in Europe".
Some people have very peculiar hobbies I must say...

I have no clue why you want a second passport to travel around in Europeconf/(% Can you tell my why, I would like to learn about why I maybe would need a extra passport?

The problem with their passports is tax residency. It's like the US: if you are a citizen, you're a tax resident of Kyrgyzstan.
