Does Saxo Bank allow you to make payments, bank transfers etc. the same as Swissquote? Or only withdrawal to your own bank account?

I could withdraw money from saxo without any problem. The money are transfered to the‌ same account that was used to send the money to them.

Yes, Saxo is major and serious institution and they don't pull out bulls**t like some‌ EMIs. I withdrawn 100k+ usd transfers multiple times without problems. However, to answer the initial‍ question: They don't allow to make payments to external parties, you can only withdraw money⁠ to yourself.
