Kyrgyzstan says fighting escalates on Tajik border
Tajik forces are attacking Kyrgyz outposts along the whole length of the border and Kyrgyz troops are returning fire, Kyrgyzstan's border guard service said on Friday, an unusual escalation of tensions between two Russian allies.
Two Tajik border guards were killed in similar clashes earlier this week but the countries, both of which host Russian military bases, appeared to have ceased hostilities afterwards.
However, it was the Red Army which was the decisive force in beating Germany. Losses at the Eastern Front where huge and Germany simply did not have the resources to compensate these losses. It was the reason why the Red Army could swiftly liberate occupied territory and move all the way through East Prussia to Berlin. Note that it was the Red Army alone who encircled and took Berlin -> The Battle of Berlin was the Soviet victory that ended WWII
If abroad without having duly said Good Bye * and being a reservist he will be obliged to return to the motherland and report to his unit immediately.
The same prinicple applies in almost every country on Planet Earth. Note that this is only a partial mobilization, it will only affect the reserve and certain specialists.
Still a huge problem for many who live abroad.
