Western news about this will be along the lines of:
Putin! In a war-torn Russia! in panic and sweat, trying to save his economy from immenent collapse! in the very last moment has managed to connect (with his own hands, apparently) the banks in his country-regime with the banks in the Middle Eastern major dictatorship!
The people in both countries will remain hostages nonetheless and they're increasingly unhappy.
This move has made Putin even less stoppable, though. Now he robs his hands craving conquering Poland (himself, without army) and 87% of Europe. What will he do next?
The economies of Russia and Iran are on their way to collapse still, as they've been since the last year.
