update : All was solved , they gave me their own money at the end‌ , so I didn’t have to wait for long period . Michael was always there‍ very supportive , also at the beginning I didn’t like how their team operated(apart from⁠ Michael) , now they much improved in terms of communication to be honest . All⁤ payment are going smoothly.
 
Also they gave out a business bank account finally (payoneer ) , will try it‌ in next days and keep you updated
 
Placed the order for 1 HK Stripe set-up with priority delivery (at an additional 25%‌ cost), had two calls with Michael, first an introductory call, then a 2nd call on‍ a Friday evening (kudos for the availability), to iron out some details. I will keep⁠ you guys updated on the process here.

We initially wanted to go with a warmed-up⁤ Stripe account, but it had a pretty high cost (17k) and it was EU-based instead⁣ of HK/SG-based. Michael suggested if we were willing to spend such an amount to go⁢ for 2 or 3 HK stripe accounts and warm them up, this way we'd be︀ able to get more turnover and we'd also have fallback options in case one of︁ the accounts gets taken down. After a bit of back and forth, we got a︂ proposal for two HK stripe accounts but unfortunately, they can only prioritize 1 order right︃ now, so we're starting with 1 account and once we see everything works smoothly (payments︄ flowing nicely, payouts occurring regularly) we will purchase additional set-ups.
 
Update:

I placed the order (high priority - HK setup) on Monday and performed the‌ payment on Tuesday evening.

I received company information on Wednesday(!).. There was a hiccup, though.‍ I received a message from Michael telling me they needed to use the newly established⁠ corporation for an emergency, and I'd receive a different one.
Obviously, I wasn't too happy⁤ about that and I did voice my concerns, received a message later that I'd keep⁣ the same corp.

Received Stripe 'proxy' site, and all info regarding the Stripe account today⁢ (Friday).
I will have to wait 2 weeks before being able to warm up the︀ account as they recommend a 'rest period'.
Everything was pretty smooth so far and Michael︁ has been very helpfull, the support people in the group chat also responded quickly to︂ any issues I ran into with setting up the Stripe account, logging in to the︃ associated mail accounts etc.

Will report back once warming up starts.

We purchased a HK setup and so far the EMI was delivered along with the‌ company ofc. I made sure to ask about the delivery time ahead and also let‍ Michael know that there was no hurry as long as I got a reasonable ETA.⁠ All was delivered after around 8 weeks which was great.

The Stripe account we received⁤ got banned after a few weeks even though we kept volumes very low and followed⁣ all directives on how to use and access the account.

Now we are waiting for⁢ some kind of fix, im suspecting either a new Stripe account or another similar gateway.︀ Lets see what they will offer.

Michael and his team have been very helpful although︁ the initial time it took for his team to verify the Stripe account after Stripe︂ had requested a second verification took over a week which might have also been the︃ cause of the account closing due to the due date running out.

As long as︄ they offer another solution we are okay with the outcome and im confident that they︅ will help us in this matter since their overall service has been great!
 
They just requested ID‍ verification what I remember but might have been a more thorough verification
 
Alright, interesting, hopefully we won't run into issues as‍ we have just started warming up and are waiting for the 'selfie KYC' to trigger.⁠
 
Sometimes Stripe system just close s**t down for no reason so hopefully you wont have the‍ same problem as we did
 
We ordered our first setup with UniqPayments about 11 months ago. It was with an‌ EU UBO and a company in Hong Kong connected to Airwallex.

Overall, the process has‍ been pretty smooth. The team was supportive the whole way, even though there were small⁠ delays at times for our second setup bank account. Luckily, it didn’t impact our business⁤ much since we always had one working setup during that time. We started slow, followed⁣ their guidelines for warming up, set up cloaking, and so far, we’ve managed to process⁢ over 1 million HKD.

Michael also offered us a crypto exchange service. We used it︀ and did over 90k in exchanges with a 2.5% rate to USDT from Airwallex in︁ the past 2 months.

So far, we’ve gotten two full setups delivered in Hong Kong,︂ both including Airwallex. Just two weeks ago, we placed another order for two more setups.︃ Honestly, we’re happy with their service, but from what we have experienced, you do have︄ to monitor Stripe account carefully and try to avoid or lower down chargebacks or disputes,those︅ can really cause problems for Stripe based on our past experience.

For context, we’re in︆ the pharma niche in the EU, and it’s been working well for us so far︇ with clients from EU as well.
 
Depends, but usually in this context it's either‍ performance enhancement (could be physical or sexual), prescription, nootropics or other supplements.
 
Is the failed orders︈ non paid orders or failed as in customer card was not accepted/low funds?

First and foremost, Happy New Year 2025 in advance to all friends and‌ members here.

Finally I can take some time to write my experience with UniqPayments over‍ the last 9-10 months working with their team.

I believe I was one of the⁠ first few who have silently contacted them since I have business needs for their services.⁤ It all started with a UK Stripe Account and accompanying Payoneer account and the delivery⁣ was pretty quick on that upon full payment. UNIQ side did send over the rules⁢ and regulations to follow suit so that the account can stay healthy and well and︀ can go a long way. Fast forward to today, the UK Stripe account is still︁ in existence and latched on to my other business which has a higher volume sales.︂

Along the way, I got another 3 more HK Stripe accounts with accompanying HK AirWallex︃ accounts. The delivery of the HK Stripe accounts were a little delayed for the latter︄ 2. First one was quick but the accompany HK AirWallex account took some time to︅ settle. The latter 2 HK AirWallex accounts are pending verification process and I hope will︆ be delivered soon. IMHO, the HK Stripe and HK AirWallex seems a greater and smoother︇ solution with less issues with the settlement (unlike the issues I faced with Payoneer account).︈ However along the way, UNIQ side did assist me with all the issues and resolved︉ them accordingly.

Michael and Denis has been prompt with their replies and their team have︊ been most helpful in the situations I have encountered. Moving forward to 2025, I hope︋ the working relationship can even improve with them and I seriously recommend their solutions if︌ anyone wishes to engage their services. You need to let them know what is your︍ requirements and needs and I am sure they can custom a solution for you.
