Hi,

seems like this company plane.com is us-based but I am not sure, if that exclude CRS as they have international clients too and could be emi, which I am not sure. Its used for money withdrawal.

Anybody have info if its non-crs entity?

Regards,
Delta

??? No US-based‌ entity can be engaged in CRS, regardless from where are their customers – as the‍ USA did not signed for AEOI/CRS. USA exercise FATCA instead, what is de facto one way information sharing: from abroad to the USA about US subjects...
If a US entity had some independent affiliate in an AEOI country, it would be another game but Pilot⁤ Platform Inc. (d-b-a as plane.com) does not seem so.

#Bingo!

Hence, the reason the Dutch had to sue AMEX in US courts⁣ to get the John Doe info.

PS. The legal lobby in the USA is⁢ HUGE! Why would the US hand over information instead of having foreign powers *pay* US-based︀ lawyers in the USA to fight and obtain such info by court order? 🙄

PSS. The︁ Dutch invested a few million to fight this case and are going to get it︂ from their residents. It was a calculated (profitable) risk. It was parallel construction. 😉
