"Return of Capital" ROC Cyprus

Hello,

Does anyone know how return of capital from an ETF is taxed in Cyprus?

I understand that if it's return of capital I won't have to declare anything. Just I'll have to declare once I sell the ETF if I have some gains, right?

How are ROC distributions taxed?

Note: Return of capital it's not the same as a dividend.

Why do you have to declare the capital gains in Cyprus?
