Reselling merchant account, I want to sell merchant accounts.

Is there anyone who know what is needed to start as an merchant account reseller ?


I want a small percentage from each merchant I provide to the bank or payment service provider and this for live time.


I don't want to pay any initial fee or a license fee but just act as reseller.
