Requirements for accounting for offshore company?

I need to know how difficult it is to do accounting for my offshore company in Costa Rica and Seychelles? What accounting system are using and what company helps you to file report and stuff?

If you read through the many other similar threads you will see there is no‌ requirement at all for these 2 offshore jurisdictions!

I found the one for Seychelles corps and that it's only a form you have‌ to sign and return to your agent. What for Costa Rica companies and is it‍ the same for BVI and Belize?

Anyone knows please? I need to move on with my prject and get the companies‌ registered as soon as possible please.
