Hostsailor.com and yougottohaveithosting.co.za servers are to my liking and I wonder which server is better to sign up with?
What would you do being in my place?

I have seen pretty good dedicated servers (fast and stable) offered by QHoster.com team.
Once you find your way and report your problem, service is GREAT! The technicians reply almost immediately.
