The ECB is charging -0.50% just to hold Euros with them. EMI's⁠ have to pay this. So they either absorb this cost or pass it on somehow.⁤

Still blocked it seems. I don't use them however.

It all depends⁠ on where YOU live. RAK is ok, but you will have probably a hard time⁤ open it for your RAK offshore company, for the FZ it is something different. If⁣ you are are not worried about personal income tax look into US LLCs.

Delaware, Wyoming, Flordia and some others

They don't have a public register. And the profit from the US LLC gets taxed on⁤ personal income base, which means if you live in a country with low to zero⁣ tax rates you don't pay anything.

There is an online startup Mercury which allows to⁢ open you an bank account online. Also big banks like chase open accounts for LLC's︀ owned by foreigners.

Would in this case need to get taxed or no?‍ Because if the company is like that and I have to declare in my country⁠ of residence AS LOCAL INCOME I'll have problem . As income from worldwide sources im⁤ ok.

I don't know how exactly this is⁢ handled maybe someone else here has experience with that. Since the LLC is not taxed︀ at all and passes through the taxation on personal income. Maybe talk to an tax︁ advisor in the country you are planning to move.

Well this makes things easy then.︂ You can basically open any offshore company then outside of the country you moved to,︃ issue for those is getting a bank account sometimes but that should also be a︄ doable task. I personally have only experience with companies in GCC and recently with the︅ US.
 
Yes for my case offshore like sheychelees BVI Belize etc are the best and most‌ legal & compliant. Also my customers know me and they accept them.

The issue is‍ where I'll find a bank reliable or EMI reliable to open bank account. And which⁠ country to open the company to. If I open one company without bank account is⁤ useless..

Also do you know for which companies PayPal works fully? Ie for Marshall Islands⁣ that I have PayPal is limited. Can't get Payments at all.. is only to use⁢ as an intermediate for cards.

Do you know if Belize BVI rak can open 100%︀ working business PayPal?
