In TH you got Siam Legal which are not the cheapest but theres 0 communication issues and that was a plus for me.
I haven't used them for company formation but for immigration and banking stuff and they were great to work with.
Following the thread to see what the others say, maybe @wellington has a great recommendation.

They billed me for the whole procedure so no idea. I guess it depends on the case and whos handling it
