Registering several offshore companies and keep them dormant to sell later, ok?

Can you tell me if it is allowed to seel my offshore company if I keep it dormant?


I plan to register a few Seychelles companies today and tomorrow and before the offer here runs out. Later I want to sell these companies again, is it ok?


Can I do the same with other offshore companies and also if I have already opened a bank account?

You can actually do exactly what you want with your Seychelles company once it is‌ duly incorporated. It is your company and you don't have to ask anyone for what‍ you can do with it.

If you want to sell it, then it is your⁠ choice and you are free to do so.

You will need a Certificate of Good Standing from the current registrar in order to‌ make sure the company actually is in good standing.

I registered 7 Seychelles IBC and in the process of opening bank accounts for all‌ of them also with different banks. Want to buy a company :hello: ?
