Register for AUTÓNOMO in Spain for 7% tax - Good deal??

Has anyone looked into registering as a AUTÓNOMO (self-employed) in Spain?

It's not a long‌ term stratergy but from what I can see the tax rate for the first 2‍ years is 7% and a bit of Social Security.

Looks a hell of a lot⁠ easier than Beckham Law and guessing if you have partner you could de-register after 2⁤ years and then get them to register effectively doubling your 7% to 4 years

Ignore the above just spoke to Spanish accountant and the 7% is not the real‌ tax rate...
 
look at ZEC program of the Canaries... it used to be the only attractive thing‌ regarding Spain... not sure how about today but I'd guess it's still available and worth‍ considering
 
You have to‌ invest at lest 100K in the bigger islands and hire at least 3 people.
