Recommendation of agents/ companies to open offshore

Do you mean Rikvin? If so, yes, they are fine.

BVI is full of good‌ service providers. What are you looking for in a registered agent? Do you need someone‍ who can provide legal services, nominee services, or advice on complicated structures?

It's way to broad your question!!! OffshoreBVI, OffshoreSeychelles etc. etc. are very good, but where‌ the hell are you going to setup your company ?
