Receiving payments as Stripe > cross-border-payouts

An affiliate provider says that he pays out comissions by stripe.com/docs/connect/cross-border-payouts#supported-countries
This list is larger than the one at stripe.com/global

So an affiliate person - the one who gets paid - *won't have to have* a Stripe account at all, right? He'll be able to receive a payment into a bank in any of those countries?

That's right. The recipient of the money does not have to have a stripe account in order to receive the money.
