Receiving Frequent Small Payments from One Company

My company has recently started working with another company, and they have a daily payment limit of 5000 EUR. As a result, I have to receive payments of 5000 EUR from them almost every 1-2 days.

I'm curious if this can be challenging for the EMI to receive low amounts frequently.
