Reasonable agent for the Belize IBC?

I had‌ to provide a passport copy and a utility bill as proof of address. They also‍ initially asked for a bank/lawyer/accountant reference but quickly backed down when I said I wasnt⁠ going to provide that. They kind of feel more like a law firm than a⁤ simple agent with the way they run but they were very good and did a⁣ bunch of extras for me with little cost.

Regarding their website the passport copy must be certified same for utility bill in‌ case not original, did you must provide it certified?

Yeah I provided a passport copy certified by a justice of the peace (JP). However, they‍ didnt seem overly interested in it and it was simply a scan with the ink⁠ stamp of a JP....so not very formal at all.

I get the impression it was⁤ more for them holding on file...and as long as they had "something" then they were⁣ satisfied.

Did you used them? Most Jurisdiction are well priced except Switzerland and Liechtenstein. And‌ for some Jurisdiction the stirke off is on the higher end.

No of course not....just scans and they are not checked or verified either‌ 😉 wink wink

I couldn't open my company with them, but I chatted with them, and they⁠ can also talk to you via Skype. Compared with other agencies I'd would say that⁤ the have good customer service.

Have used offshorecorpgroup.com with fantastic results! So I have been in touch with Ocra which‌ was great too but simply too complicated and expensive to use!
