real bulgarian utility bill under my name

hi,
is it possible to get REAL bulgarian utility bill under my name.
home internet , cable tv , electric, or anything of that sort.
important that it will not be a fake one and can be renewed every few months.
i can pay 50 euro per month for this.

Pretty simple to get a utility bill from Bulgaria and use photoshop to edit it. You can use any service on Fiverr for instant. I also mean there are a few people around here that can do it.

I agree with this, but if you don't feel comfortable with it, you can find threads around here where people living in Bulgaria offered their help the last time someone asked.
You will need to spend some time to search all the threads, there are several of them.
