Have you ready made companies and what are the costs for a complete package?

It's possible to setup remote without visiting Bulgaria right?

We have ready made and we can offer you a  remote structuring of the company‌ in BG.
We can offer banking, PSP and many other services.
Please state your requirements‍ to answer you in more correct way.

No, they allowed to provide exchange and custodian of crypto assets.
In case you refer‌ to crypto account, yes, in case you refer to fiat accounts, no.

But we can‍ connect you, as authorized BG crypto, to an EMI that will either issue you sub accounts in the name of the exchange, easiest, to be allocated to your main clients⁤ or sub accounts in clients' name. The last option is pricey, so I don't really⁣ recommend it.

You should use another word⁣ instead of "e-wallets" then, because people will assume they will be able to issue fiat⁢ accounts.

has anyone tested this service for delivery and how reliable they are ?

We have dozens of clients that have purchased the services.
You can change agency at‌ all time, if you feel that we are not answering your needs.

That sounds like a decent price on paper for a crypto authorized company in Bulgaria,‌ especially if everything is ready made and compliant. But I have a few questions that‍ I think others might also be wondering about.

First of all, what exactly does “crypto authorization” mean in this case?
Are we talking about actual registration with the Bulgarian Financial⁤ Supervision Commission, or is this more of a commercial company that states crypto activity in⁣ its scope?
There’s a huge difference between those two in terms of credibility and what⁢ you can actually do with the structure.

Also, how current is the compliance status?
Has the company been active recently, or is it just sitting on the shelf? It would︀ be good to know if there are existing bank accounts, transaction history, or if any︁ reactivation is needed.

And speaking of banking are there any real banking options tied to︂ the company? Or is that something the buyer will need to sort out themselves?
From what I know, even with crypto friendly jurisdictions, banking is still the tricky part, especially︃ for ready made entities.

Lastly, what kind of KYC or ownership transfer process are you︄ offering here?
If someone’s paying 11K for a structure like this, they’ll want to be︅ sure it’s clean, properly documented, and won’t raise any flags when switching hands.

Would be︆ great to hear more details, especially for those of us looking at EU based crypto︇ structures without going the Estonian or Lithuanian route.

To your questions:

  1. What exactly does “crypto authorization” mean in this case?
In Bulgaria, this refers to a commercial registration with the National Revenue Agency (NRA) formally indicating‌ that your business activity is related to cryptocurrencies. According to local legislation, the MiCA regulation‍ enforcement will apply starting next year, and additional changes may follow. For now, this remains a relatively simple way to enter crypto-related activities within the EU.
  2. How current is the⁤ compliance status?
We offer both shelf companies and new incorporations, acting exclusively in the⁣ primary market in Bulgaria. We do not provide traditional bank accounts, as most banks⁢ are reluctant to onboard newly formed crypto companies without a trading history. Instead, we arrange︀ EMI (Electronic Money Institution) accounts, which are more accessible for startups. We can assist︁ at every stage, from accounting and compliance to banking introductions and software, provided we clearly understand your︂ requirements. As a company, We Form Online has contractual relationships with over 150 financial institutions︃ and can help tailor solutions that align with your risk appetite.
  3. Are there any real︄ banking options tied to the company?
Banking is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer. Banks︅ will always require full disclosure of the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO). If you purchase︆ a shelf company, the new owner will need to open accounts under their name. We︇ can assist with this process. While ready-made companies can be seen as a more complex︈ product, in Bulgaria they are simply standard legal entities, not regulated financial vehicles,so banks generally view︉ them more favorably, especially when local directors are appointed.
  4. What kind of KYC and ownership︊ transfer process do you offer?
    Our KYC process includes:
    • Valid identification and proof of the︋ Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO)
    • Certificate of clean criminal record
    • Bank reference letter
    • You can always︌ verify company records yourself at the official registry:https://portal.registryagency.bg/en/

Our local team is composed of︍ qualified Bulgarian lawyers to ensure all procedures are handled properly.

So no need for personal visit, everything can be handled remote? any video chat required? anything we need⁤ to know before engaging in such process?

can you confirm we don't have to visit at‍ any time? most can do 90% remote but for the final step you have to visit.

To buy a company? Or to establish a new one?
If to establish a new‌ one, most of the times the visit is required with notary, on site, or a‍ signature in local embassy/consulate. On the other hand, buying/changing a control in existing one, something that we mostly do for our clients, doesn't require a visit.
