Ready made Bulgarian company for sale!

Hello,

I sell my EU VAT registered Bulgarian company which is 3 years old.
Its a tech company and I had ~30000 euros profit for the first year. Then I stopped.
All profit made for development services as I am a software engineer.
Nothing shady. Everything straight and clear.

Advantages:

Corporate tax: 10%
Dividends: 5%
Low costs to maintain: (accounting (2-3 invoices) + address = 50euro / mo, yearly closing: ~60euro)
My accountants office is located to Sofia and they are cheap and great.


I sell my company as I don't use it anymore.

I guess your selling to Bulgaria residents. As anyone else buying would need to pay‌ for local nominated contact for the company under the law.

I am a Greek resident.
Every foreigner can form a Bulgarian company, regardless‍ of the fact having or not a Bulgarian visa or Bulgarian residency permit.
