RAK Offshore company formation services, who to use?

I was wondering which of the below company service providers located in Dubai you would use if you are going to incorporate a company there? I don't know any of them and thta's why I'm asking, it's a horrible forrest to come through to find the right agent that can help you and who don't hide any fees or just try to sell you something you don't need.

Most of them seem to be legit incorporation firms which also have some knowledge about what they are actually doing. I would suggest you to approach all of them and compare their answers to each other, so you may find the one that fit's best for your needs!

I was considering a RAK company for some time ago, then I forgot about it and now you remind me to look into it again. What I'm afraid of is the costs to get established there with an offshore company, I read the accounting and filing of tax each year is mandatory and costly. So the problem with the registration fees, it's not clear what exactly a comapny in Dubai costs!!

Does anyone has some overall fees or estimates for what the SETUP costs are and the total costs for a period of 12 months?
