RAK DAO? Banking?

Dear forum/community,
I stumbled upon the RAK DAO formation in UAE, I started to follow‌ them in TG, they seem nice guys but I have no clue how this new‍ ICB could work in real life, above all of is it possible some sort of⁠ banking (in the same RAK or in Dubai).
Any insight or un-official information that you⁤ can share? Thanks!
